I’m a 15 year old girl, who have decided to change my lifestyle, and start living a healthy life. I’m not huge, but I’m not comfortable with my own body, and try my best to hide it. I would love to be able to embrace the way I look and be more happy with how I look. Just to be able to go to the beach with my friends, and be comfertable without wearing a long dress all day is a dream of mine. I’ve been picked on for my weight before, but then I managed to lose some weight and end up with a body i felt ok with. Lately though I have had a unhealthy relationship to food, and whenever I’m bored, I eat. I eat all the time, and it makes me happy. Then, I feel really bad for eating all the food, and many times I have had to really work with myself to not make myself sick and just throw it up again. I’m now ready to start having a healthy diet, work out, and hopefully get my wanted results. I don’t only want to lose weight, but I want to be healthier, and be able to run and do different activities without having to stop after 5 minutes.
The reason why I made this blog is to motivate myself. I have a struck plan on updating this blog every day. Even if I’m having a bad day, and eat unhealthy food, I’ll update. That will make me realise how bad my habits are, and I hope it will help me keep control, and stay on my routine.
I will write about my progress, post my own pictures, share recipes, share work outs, and reblog inspiring things I find on other tumblr blogs.
